Do you see it yet?

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
John 14: 6

But integrals did not prepare me...

...for the hardest part of my AP Calculus test.
My cell phone went off.
My scores have been invalidated.
The 50 others in the room with me should have technically had the same fate.
In the blink of an eye, I became the most hated person in the testing room.
And as I watched an entire year worth of study cease to exist right in front of me, I can honestly say I hated me too.

18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
24 If I had not done among them the works which none other man did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father.
25 But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.
John 15: 18, 24-25

Down the Drain

"Now Jacob’s well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied with his journey, sat thus on the well: and it was about the sixth hour.

There cometh a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus saith unto her, Give me to drink.

(For his disciples were gone away unto the city to buy meat.)

Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.

Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.

The woman saith unto him, Sir, thou hast nothing to draw with, and the well is deep: from whence then hast thou that living water?

Art thou greater than our father Jacob, which gave us the well, and drank thereof himself, and his children, and his cattle?

Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water
that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life."
John 4: 6-14
